The customer benefits from the guarantee against the latent defects.
Any complaint will have to be transmitted in the week which follows the reception of the order.
If you are not satisfied, we can take back or exchange jewels or pearls ., (fees of return in the state and the original packing + insurance at your load) delay 30 days.
In case of replacement with superior or equal value, the fees of forwarding and insurance are offered.
