- What are the usual time delivery?
Usually delivery time for domestic France is between 5 and 10 days. We deliver through the post with register parcel post. - Is it possible to pay by check?
We do accept all payment methods, including checks, but if you want to send us a check by post in French Polynesia, the delivery time will be increased up to 10 days. You will also have to let us know about this et register on the website for us to lock the order for this specific product.
Besides if you don’t want to use your credit card or other SSL secured payment methods, you can make a money transfer or a deposit to our bank account. We will send you our bank account details. - How to take care of my pearls?
To clean your pearls, all you have to do is use a water soaked fabric or handkerchief. We advice you to visit the page concerning pearls care on our website. - Can you drill a pearl for me to make a pendant?
We can drill the pearl free of charge on demand, see the options for each product. Standard drilling is 0.9mm wide, but we can, if possible (if the pearl is fitted for that) drill pearls up to 2 millimeters. Some keshis are too small or too irregular shaped to be drilled with no harm. - Is it possible to reserve a pearl if I cannot order it now for a reason?
Right now, there is no automated reservation module, but contact us with the reference of the product and we will make it manually. - I experience problems paying by credit card.
